• Payment information processed securely through Razorpay (we do not store card details)

• To provide and improve our AI message generation service
• To process payments and manage your credit balance
• To send transactional emails (OTP, payment confirmations)
• To analyze usage patterns and improve the platform
• To comply with legal obligations

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted on MongoDB Atlas and AWS. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Voice files are stored in secure object storage and automatically deleted when you delete the associated message.

4. WishyLink Data

When you create a WishyLink, the recipient's interaction data (views, reactions, accept/decline) is stored and accessible to the link creator via their dashboard. WishyLinks expire after 30 days by default.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Razorpay — payment processing
• Google, LinkedIn, Microsoft — OAuth login
• MongoDB Atlas — database
• AWS S3 / MinIO — file storage
